The cottage has a double room and a twin room, a family bathroom on the ground floor, a kitchen, dining room with woodburning stove and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture and a further enclosed, private, lawned garden area to the rear with a storage shed. Gamekeeper's Cottage makes an ideal base for enjoying both the inland beauty of the Cheviots and the stunning Heritage coastline. Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian's Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Electric heaters with woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture. Rear enclosed, private, lawned garden area and storage shed. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 1.5 miles. Note: Due to the nearby brook, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The property is an historic building dating back to 1836 and has a steep stairway to the bedrooms and step between kitchen and dining room. It is not recommended for people and pets with limited mobility. Bus service 4x per day Monday-Saturday to Alnwick and Wooler. Note: Please be aware that there is no mobile reception at the property
