Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, pool table, 2 tennis courts and children play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles. Restaurant and bar 5 mins walk. Note: May not be suitable for those with limited mobility as there are 15 stairs from the car park to the apartment. Note: The leisure centre will be unavailable from 5th November for 5 weeks, alternative facilities are available free of charge at The Budock Vean Hotel, which is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
