This first floor apartment rests in the heart of the charming city of Perth in central Scotland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. First floor apartment. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
St Matthews Church is a grade II listed building oozing plenty of character and Watergate is a self-contained holiday apartment in the old mission hall, situated next to the church in the city of Perth. It comprises two bedrooms; a double with an en-suite and a twin room, together sleeping four people. Inside is also a family shower room, along with an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is ample off-road parking and the River Tay resting beside the property. St Matthews Church is a wonderfully unique holiday let providing a comfortable stay in central Scotland.

Situated in the heart of Scotland and known as the 'Fair City', Perth boasts many shops, bars and restaurants in addition to its two large parkland areas. Among the city's main tourist attractions are the Perth museum and art gallery, the Black Watch museum, the Scone Palace - the crowning site of the King of Scots, and four 18 hole golf courses. The nearby cathedral town of Dunkeld and the Victorian village of Birnam, located on the opposite bank of the River Tay, are also within easy driving distance.

"The location is next to St Matthew's (no bell ringing) and there ist a stunning view onto the river Tay and the riverbanks. It is so close to the city and you have excellent possibilities of shopping and eating out. It has a space for your car and also a storage with a lock for your e-bikes. Everything is new inside this home and while you are home you can watch your smart TV in the living room while other family members might use the two additional screens in two bedrooms or use wifi."
