Overview
This magnificent luxury family home has a games room, childrens play area and sleeps up to nine people in four bedrooms. Ground Floor: Five steps up into Entrance Hall. Utility Room with sink. Cloakroom with WC & wash basin. Open plan Lounge (Bio-Ethanol fire, 55 inch Smart TV & Blu-ray DVD) /Diner/Kitchen (walk in larder). Playroom / Snug with TV/DVD. Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size Adjustamatic bed with circloid massage, en-suite bathroom with slipper bath, two wash basins, WC, walk in shower with massage jets, TV & Smart Blu-ray DVD. Bedroom 2 with three single beds, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, two washbasins & walk in shower, (Jack & Jill with Bedroom 3). Bedroom 3 with double bed and TV/DVD. Bedroom 4 with king-size bed. TV. shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. Outside: Rustic Games Barn with pool table, table tennis and trampoline.
Magnificent Grange Court is a beautiful, contemporary home, finished to a superb standard throughout. Full height windows in the excellent open plan living area fill the room with light. Relax in reclining sofas and enjoy the view over the patio to the fields beyond. In the entrance hall, two reclining massage chairs are perfect for unwinding after exhilarating walks along the coast path. A playroom makes a great space for noisy games. Downstairs are four bedrooms; three of which look on to the patio, two have en-suite bathrooms and two share a family bathroom with walk-in shower. The luxurious master bedroom comprises a massage bed, slipper bath and shower with massage jets. A large balcony, accessible from the living area extends over the patio and has sun loungers and table and chairs.In the rustic games barn (not heated) there is a pool table, table tennis and trampoline. There is also a children's play area with swings, slide, sand pit, trampoline and tractor fort approximately 100 yards from the property. The small hamlet of Bossiney is situated on the stunning north Cornish coast and is within a short walk of the historic village of Tintagel with its Arthurian castle and clifftop coast path. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
