Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Public car park for parking. Enclosed garden to the rear with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The courtyard garden has steps so care must be taken with children. Note - Check in time is now 6pm and check out time is 10am. Due to Covid-19 you will need to bring your own pillows, bath towels and tea towels - bed linen is still provided
