Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Wii games console. WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Allocated parking for one car and a small boat. Private sun deck with furniture. Shared south facing communal, lawned garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note : bed linen and towels are provided,but if extra required, please bring your own. Please note that check in is after 4pm. The external lift goes up to the first floor and then there are internal stairs after that. Please note: there is scaffolding at the rear of the property due to some rendering work on the building from late August 2019 Please call the office for details Allocated parking may be affected but there is free roadside parking available.
