This barn conversion is in the village of Mawnan Smith and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super-king size double with music streaming en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x lower ground floor twin (zip and link to super-king size double on request), 1 x lower ground floor super-king size double (zip and link to twin on request) and en-suite shower, basin and WC. Lower ground bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Lower ground floor open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area.

Mawnan Smith on the northern banks of the Helford estuary is a great base to explore all of west and central Cornwall. It is a small village with a popular 17th Century 'thatched' pub (the Red Lion), restaurant and shops, also a working forge and craft centre. Developed as a distribution centre for goods and produce for the Lizard Peninsula. With the village acting as a staging post for materials that were to be ferried across the Helford River - to the Lizard Peninsula. The "Old Smithy" has recently been restored by the Anvil Trust, to recreate a working smithy in the village. Mawnan Smith is close to Maenporth Beach and the Helford Estuary ideally situated in a quiet Corner of Cornwall, with Falmouth town centre, Harbour and Attractions nearby.
