Electric heating with electric log effect fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a local shop near the property to which you can organise for supplies such as food to be delivered on your arrival. Note: Due to the village location of the property the roads are uneven and this may cause problems for cars with very low axels or those who have mobility issues. If this may be restrictive for your vehicle then parking is also available on the roads at the end of the lane to access the property, thank you.

Just 3 miles from the sea, the village of Polgooth is close to several lovely beaches, and the south-west coastal path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive. The quaint fishing harbour at Mevagissey is just 5 miles away, and the Roseland Peninsula with the villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland lies just a little further.

"We recently had a lovely stay at bellbine cottage. There was a welcome hamper upon arrival and the property was clean and well maintained with everything that you need available. The only thing to be aware of is the parking access and parking. If a car is lowered or the owner is particularly car proud they may have a problem as access to the parking and cottage is via a single track which is very uneven, the turning spot has plenty of room, but again, a possible problem for the particularly car proud lowered cars. But despite this, we had a great time and the location was great for exploring cornwall with many nearby harbours, Eden project, gardens, national trust properties, steam trains and many animal themed attractions. "
"Cottage very comfortable, Everything you need is there. lovely welcome pack. there is a large enclosed area for the dogs. The only problem was the parking and turning. Could be a problem for some. As it is away from the cottage and the ground is very uneven it could be a problem for elderly or invalid"
