Range master range with 3 electric ovens with 6 gas rings, microwave, fridge x 2 and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, selection of games, books and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair will be available. Off road parking for several cars, as well as open bike storage. Private gardens with lawn, 2 patios, furniture and BBQ with views overlooking the forest, plus courtyard with furniture and hot tub. One well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 10-minute walk and pub 12-minute walk. Note: On site beauty treatment room with hair, beauty and holistic treatments available at an extra charge. Note: No ball games or dogs in formal garden however welcome in play garden. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Beauty, holistic and aesthetic appointments available by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: This property does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties. Please note this property has a disinfecting fogging machine that disinfects the property after each booking.
