Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a 4'6" double on the spacious landing area, and a triple room with three 3' singles and an en-suite shower room, along with a ground floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven guests. There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an open fire, as well as a garden with sloping lawns, a level seating area and a barbecue, with off-road parking. Lower Dolgenau is a magical property that looks as if it's straight from a fairy-tale, a perfect place to enjoy a break in Wales. Fuel, power and starter pack for Inglenook inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large private outdoor seating area with garden furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 5.9 miles, pub within 1.8 miles. Note: There are slopes in the grounds and a small, shallow stream in the garden, children must be supervised. Note: The double bedroom with 4-foot double is on the landing space, please consider this when booking. Note: Property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm as it has quite a steep entrance to the property. Note: One basket of logs is free, on the other side any wood used is chargeable by the owner

Llanidloes is a delightful market town resting within mid-Wales in the county of Montgomeryshire, lying on the eastern slopes of the Cambrian Mountains. Surrounded by unspoilt and rugged terrain, it is excellent walking country as well as bursting with nature and wildlife to observe.
