Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit parking for 1 car 70 yards from property. Enclosed rear lgravelled and paved garden with garden room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Permit for car parking will be provided by the owner. Note: The garden is the owners garden
