Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size, 1 x first floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Living/dining room.

Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as an open-plan living room and dining area housing a woodburning stove. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available. The Coach House is the ultimate choice for a relaxing break to the heart of the countryside.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off-road parking. Lawned garden and patio area with furniture and access to the lake and 20 acres of land. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 2.7 miles and pub 1.1 miles. Note: The lake is un-fenced please take care and children must be supervised at all times.
