Fuel, power and starter pack for fire and stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking for up to 5 cars. Rear patio with furniture, BBQ and rear lawn. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Coast and beach 10 minutes away. Note Property is a 5 minuite drive from Forres Golf Course.

The town of Forres is one of Scotland's oldest towns and boasts historical monuments, museums and castles, as well as parks and gardens. Forres is a starting point for exploring the Malt Whisky Trail, home to two of the Distilleries, and in close proximity to another 5! Placed for visiting the fishing villages dotted along the north east coastline and just 27 miles from Inverness, it is a great base. Forres boasts golf courses and fishing opportunities. A five minute drive from Forres will take you to Califer Hill Viewpoint, providing stunning views across the Moray Firth, Findhorn and beyond.
