Ocean Heights is situated in the seaside village of Porthtowan on the north Cornish coast. The property provides accommodation for up to 6 people in three bedrooms. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom. There is an open plan living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and dining area plus a cloakroom. The rear enclosed garden has a private outlook and picnic bench for alfresco meals. Perranporth Beach and the coast path are within a short walk. Ocean Heights an ideal venue for families and couples at anytime of year. Electric underfloor heating on ground floor and central heating on the first floor. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, Wifi, DVD. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Max 5 adults and 1 child.
