Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden to the front with furniture and access to historic grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Dogs must be on a lead around the property as chickens, peacocks roam loose. Accessed by a private track approx. 0.3 miles. Note: There is an unfenced historic water garden with lake that guests have access to, children must be supervised.

The village of Ebberston is located on the edge of Dalby Forest, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 6 miles from Pickering and home to a main street wrapped with pretty stone cottages and an excellent inn. The neighbouring setting provides a diverse range of activities, including a horse riding centre, a 9 hole golf course, a children's playground and mountain biking for an adventure filled day.
