Electric controlled heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car but additional parking can be arranged with owners. Shared use of garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: There is an external tumble dryer. Note: No children under 5 years. Note: Changeover days are Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only.

With ancient buildings resting on every corner of the town, Llantwit Major is considering one of the most beautiful towns in the Vale. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby with Cowbridge, Bridgend and Cardiff within easy driving distance.
