Folkestone is a port town resting on the edge of Kent Downs AONB. Within the town you will find 100 art galleries and studios in the Creative Quarter, as well as a selection of bars and restaurants at Folkestone Harbour. You can also enjoy a BBQ at the beach at The Lower Leas Coastal Park. At the beach you will be delighted by the selection of activities available which include sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.

"This flat is quirky (in a good way) but delivers everything that you could ever need. A well stocked kitchen, two big bedrooms (one with a shower), the other next door to a lovely bathroom which even includes a washing machine. Location is perfect as a five minute walk gets you onto the beautiful sea front or in the opposite direction to a well stocked local shop. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending this property - and recommendations are something I rarely do!!"
