Water underfloor heating throughout and an electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Sky TV, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear patio and lawn with furniture and a pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, Please note we only take children who are 6 months and under. Shop and pub 1 mile.
