Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 1 car to the rear of the property. A permit is provided for a second car, but this is for on road parking within a zoned area and is 1st come, 1st served. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
