This end-terrace fisherman's cottage sits in the village of Staithes in North Yorkshire and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with day bed and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor double with day bed, 1 x second floor twin. Bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
Kippers Corner is a terraced cottage that sits in Staithes, North Yorkshire. The property has three bedrooms, there is a king-size with a day bed and an en-suite shower room, a double with a day bed and a twin bedroom, there is also a bathroom, the property can sleep up to eight people. Inside there is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is parking at the top of the bank and a parking pass is provided for one car. There is also a communal yard for hanging washing out. Kippers Corner is a wonderful holiday base. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Solid fuel central heating from woodburner. Electric range cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat and BT Home Hub, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Parking pass for 1 car in car park at the top of the bank (5 mins walk). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk, beach and harbour 5 mins walk. Note: This property does not accept pets however pets have previously stayed at the property and may not be suitable for those with allergies. There will not pets after April 2019.

The seaside village of Staithes, with its cobbled streets and back alleys, is something of an artist's dream. Its pretty houses and cottages are clustered around the old harbour and surrounded by high craggy cliffs and there is a sheltered sandy beach set amongst the rocky coastline. Staithes is a superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast, visiting the larger resorts of Whitby or Scarborough and enjoying the moorland villages of the North York Moors National Park.
