Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Dining room with sofa. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove.

Storage heaters with multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, external washing machine, TV with Freeview, WIFI, DVD, iPod dock. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lockable bike storage. Travel cot available on request. Enclosed front courtyard with slate patio area, furniture, BBQ and woods and mountain views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and Launderette 5 miles, pub, cafe 5 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is in an external barn just outside the property.

Abergynolwyn is a village in the Dysynni Valley, in the Snowdonia National Park. An ideal base for enjoying this area, Abergynolwyn has a pub serving food, and is within easy reach of the mountain biking at Coed-y-Brenin, the beaches of Cardigan Bay, and the Tal-y-Llyn railway.
