Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure bike storage. Lawned garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are some farm outbuildings located behind the cottage, within the farmyard, which are in use during the winter months for housing and feeding the cattle. Note: Due to the nature and location of the cottage, children should not be allowed to wonder off around the yard. Note: There is often cattle and sheep in the surrounding fields, dogs must be kept under control at all times whilst outside.

The seaside village of Aberdaron is situated around two streams, and facing the sea. Straggling up the hills are the buildings that give Aberdaron its character; the lime-washed fishermen's cottages, the cafes, shops, and hotels, and the church of St Hywyn. On each side of the river's mouth is the beach for walking and a promenade where you can watch the sailing boats and regattas in the bay. There is also a National Trust visitor centre and car park.
