Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available between 6pm and 8am, ample off road parking available short walk away. Garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Children over the age of 5 years only.
