The small village of Tacumshane in County Wexford has a pub and restaurant, The Millhouse, and is home to the Republic of Ireland's only windmill. The windmill is now a national monument. This part of County Wexford has plenty to offer - Tacumshane Lake is a favourite with anglers and birdwatchers, there are golf courses, and the coastal walking path is easily reached. Kilmore Quay fishing village is a few miles away, and there are some lovely beaches, ideal for relaxing and playing on the sand. The county town of Wexford is under 10 miles away, and offers plenty of amenities including shops, bars and good restaurants.

"I visited the house for a long weekend in August and wasn't disappointed.The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and is set in a beautiful area with views over the the countryside.There are plenty of beaches for ooing walks with dogs and once you have built up that appetite there lots of place to feed and water yourself. All in all very relaxing great scenery and to cap it all only 10 mins for Rosslare we will definitely visit again"
