School View is a terraced cottage in the village of Alderton just outside of the Cotswolds. It has two bedrooms, made up of a double and a four-foot double, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep three people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking and a rear enclosed garden with lawn and patio areas which has furniture, barbecue and a summerhouse. School View is a well-placed cottage to be enjoyed with your loved ones all-year-round. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking and roadside parking for 2 cars in total. Rear lawn and patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 minute walk. Note: Care to be taken on steep stairs, not suitable for the less mobile. Note: No children under 6 years old, small running stream at bottom of the garden, please take care. Note: The driveway is narrow, so please take care.

The village of Alderton lies near Cotswolds and the Vale of Evesham. It has a 16th century thatched pub serving food, and a shop and Post Office. Close by is the Saxon town of Winchcombe with pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops. Sudeley Castle lies in the Cotswold Hills and boasts gardens and ruins, it hosts numerous events. The village of Broadway is a short drive away and offers shops and boutiques.
