Cedarwood is a cosy, unique property in a wonderful location for a relaxing retreat at any time of the year. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Eco heating with woodburning stove. Small, counter-top electric oven, 2 x ring hob, microwave fridge, Smart TV with Netflix, DAB radio, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. Surrounding lawn, decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 min walk. Note: Bed in alcove off living area, curtains between bed and living area for privacy. Note: The bed is raised and accessed from one side only. Note: The owners provide fresh eggs from their own chickens and ducks.

A village sat in the High Wealds AONB in East Sussex. Icklesham dates back to the 6th century. It has two village pubs and a farm shopvsurrounded scenery. Nearby, Hastings offers a selection of shops and restaurants along with a beach and a pier as well as the well-known castle and plenty more to be discovered.
