This wonderful, detached cottages is located in Botwnnog near Llaniestyn, in North Wales and can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms. .
Dyffryn is a beautiful, large detached property situated in the North Wales village of Botwnnog, near Llaniestyn. The property has five bedrooms comprising three king-size doubles (all with en-suites), two twin rooms and all of the bedrooms are fitted with TVs. There is a spacious family bathroom as well as a wet room on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2) and a dining area (seats 10) , three sitting rooms, one with a double sofa bed, a utility and an external games room. To the outside of the property there is ample off road parking and lawned areas with gravelled sitting areas. Located in a beautiful part of Wales near t he coast, Dyffryn is the ideal getaway for a large group all year round! Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil underfloor heating throughout with 2 x electric fire. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine/bottle cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 8 x TVs with Freeview (4 with DVDs), CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. 3 x travel cots, 3 x highchairs and 3 x stairgates. Bike storage. Ample off road parking. Private enclosed garden with gravelled seating areas. External games room with darts and pool table. Cornilleau Pro 510 Static outdoor table tennis table. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village post office 1 min walk. Shop and pub 1.5 miles with Abersoch just a 10 minute drive away. Beaches 5.3 miles. Note: There is no mobile phone signal, for your convenience the cottage owner has installed a landline which is for emergency calls and incoming calls only. Note: No hen/stag parties, or similar. Note: Arrival from 4pm onwards.
