Eskview Cottage is a modern semi-detached property situated in an enviable position on the banks of the River Esk, in the popular village of Ruswarp near Whitby in North Yorkshire. The property can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a kitchen with a dining area and access to the rear patio. There is a sitting room. Outside there is an enclosed riverside patio with a locked gate to the river. There is off road parking for two cars. With the stunning countryside of the heather-clad moors close by, and a spectacular coastline, Eskview Cottage provides a good base to explore this beautiful area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Note: The property has a riverside enclosed patio, with locked gated access to the river.

Ruswarp lies on the River Esk, with old stone cottages lining the main street. Ruswap has excellent amenities, including a local pub, a village shop and a local butcher. The Esk Valley Walk runs through the village, and it is an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Whitby. Ruswarp has a regular bus service, and the single track railway has regular steam trains running through.
