Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and beach 5 mins walk. Pub 15 mins walk. The property has a step to access the front door and also a step at the rear of the property.

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and a church. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach, backed by sand dunes and views towards Anglesey.
