Electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washer/dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, hair dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, USB ports in every room, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair. Parking in public car park to the rear of the property, roadside parking for unloading only. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1/4 mile. Note: Four flights of stairs lead up to property entrance making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.

Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its rolling countryside and quaint villages.
