This detached lodge is resting in the village of Filey near Scarborough, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two double bedrooms with TV / DVD and en-suite shower, basin and WC: 1 x king and 1 x twin (zip-link, can be double on request). Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burner.

Please note that the drive approach is wooden railway sleepers - care must be taken. Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Please note that the drive approach to the property is made of wooden railway sleepers-care must be taken. Communal gardens with picnic area and lakes. Beach 10 minute walk. Use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room included in rent. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Filey is an English seaside resort offering a restful holiday all year round. A fishing town on the North East Coast; Filey is set beside the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens. With more to see, a short drive brings you to the town of Scarborough, appreciated for its family activities.
