Gas heating and woodburning stove. Fridge with ice box, electric oven, electric hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and washing machine. WiFi and Amazon fire stick. Private hot tub. Starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Road-side parking. Enclosed front garden with lawned area and patio. Sorry no dogs or smoking allowed. Local shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Check in from 4pm and check out before 10am.

Grange-over-Sands is seaside town located of the north side of Morecambe Bay, near the Lake District National Park. The town itself has an Edwardian flavour filled with a traffic-free promenade, garden and excellent bird watching. Just a short drive, and you will discover the Levens Hall and Gardens and the Conishead Priory.
