The Lodge is a single-storey property set near the village of Overton in Wrexham County Borough, Wales. It comes with two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, sleeping up to four people. Also inside you will find a kitchen and a living/dining room with an open fire. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and an enclosed garden with a lawn and courtyard area. The Lodge is a welcoming cottage placed perfectly for exploring Cheshire and North Wales.

Eco heating, open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking in lane. Enclosed lawn and courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Tennis court and fishing lake available on request, must bring own equipment. Note: There is a fishing lake on site, and a small fishing pond in the owner garden, please take care with young children and pets and they must be supervised at all times. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: Property for holiday makers only no workers please.

A village placed for exploring Cheshire and North Wales, offering shops, a restaurant and a pub. Nearby Ellesmere also has a selection of shops and pubs. Llangollen is certainly worth a visit with the Pontcysyllte Acqueduct and range of amenities and activities.
