Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Bike storage. Off-road parking. Enclosed patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. 15 minutes walk to village shop and pub in Wroxall. 15 minutes walk in the other direction to Godshill which has 2 pubs and a variety of shops. Note: Track up to cottage is rough. Property will be pet friendly as of 11 October 2019.

Hidden away in acres of woodland is the Appuldurcombe House, a historical landmark well worth a look. The seaside resort of Ventnor is just a short drive away and offers everything that you could ask for; a range of amenities, botanical gardens and a sandy beach for you to enjoy.
