This traditional cottage in the town of Hayle, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, 1 x Twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request). Bathroom with roll top bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with Freeview TV and wood burning stove. Utility.

Gas central heating. Electric cooker and hob. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, blu ray player, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars. There is a raised gravel garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within a two minute walk. Pub half a mile. Note: The road in front of Kosy Kot can be busy with local traffic at peak times, however traffic passes slowly in single file. Note: There is an ample parking area at the back of the property; this is accessed by a driveway at the side, which is (2.4M) wide, at its narrowest point.

Found in the beautiful St Ives Bay in West Cornwall and just 6 miles from St Ives itself is the popular town of Hayle. Boasting an estuary packed with wildlife, a pretty little harbour and over 3 miles of golden sandy beaches, Hayle is a fantastic location for families or those looking for the best that Cornwall has to offer.
