Overview
This beautiful barn conversion is just 2.5 miles from Praa Sands in Cornwall and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: On ground floor 1 x King size bed, 1 x twin bed with en-suite shower room. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Utility room. On First floor 1 x Double bed with private shower en-suite. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove.
Eldertree is a beautifully converted reverse level barn with fabulous outdoor space and features such as a high vaulted ceiling and beams, set just two and half miles from the seaside village of Praa Sands where the golden sand stretches for a mile and you can set on foot along the coastal footpath. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin with en-suite shower room. The living area is open plan and features include a wood burning stove, vaulted beamed ceiling and the kitchen a modern range cooker. Outside there is a pretty enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars. Eldertree is a stunning property in a great location for all the family to enjoy. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Beach 2.5 miles, pub 2 miles.

Praa Sands is an excellent surfing and swimming beach. Lifeguarded during the summer months, there is also a surf school offering kayak, surfboard and wetsuit hire. The cafe and bar/restaurant at the western end of the beach is popular, and a stroll to the eastern end will ensure tranquillity. Praa Sands is also home to a nine hole Golf and Country Club, open to non members plus a small post office stores for provisions.
