This reverse level cottage is situated within fifty feet of the slipway at Falmouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms Reverse level accommodation. Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x super king with 6' bed (zip and link to twin upon request) balcony, and en-suite shower room, basin and WC, 1 x super king with 6' bed (zip and link to twin upon request) and balcony. Family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Stairs to open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Balcony with furniture for sea views.
Slipway Cottage is a reverse level property situated within Falmouth and overlooking the slipway. There are two ground floor double bedrooms, both of which have zip and link beds to become twins. One with en-suite shower room and also a ground floor family bathroom. Sleeping a maximum of four adults. The first floor kitchen is well equipped and the open plan living area is bright and airy with balconies and stunning views over Falmouth beach when the tide is low. The sitting area is comfortable and spacious. There is parking for one small car in a garage, under the property, with a tarmac surface. This is a lovely holiday home to come back to time and again at any time of year. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
