The historic town with small harbour, quaint pubs and fabulous restaurants is a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Elfin Cottage has three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room as well as a sitting room with dining table and wood burner.Outside and to the front of the property is an enclosed pretty garden and there is on-street parking close-by or local fee-paying car-parks.Elfin is an ideal holiday home for both families and friends looking to explore this wonderful part of Cornwall. "Very disappointed with this cottage. It was very unclean and was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. Although the sofas quite comfortable they smelt strongly of dog. The garden furniture very uncomfortable and dirty so unable to sit in the garden. Limited utensils in the kitchen and one of the beds had not been made so we had to ring to ask for extra bedding. It was also difficult to find parking near the cottage. Location for Porthlevin very good as only a short walk to the harbour but on a steep hill so wouldn't be suitable for everyone."
