This double fronted detached cottage in in the village of Portreath and sleeps four in two bedrooms Over two floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 twin. Ground floor: kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms one with wood burner, bathroom.

Central heating/woodburner/feature electric faux wood burner. Oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking for two cars. Enclosed lawned area to the front of the property, private walled patio to the rear of the property with decking, barbeque and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub within 15 minute walk. At night - don't forget to take a torch! Note: Stairs is a little steep with shorter than average treads.

Portreath is nestled in a stream valley between high cliffs. It has a secluded sandy, safe beach which is popular with families and surfers alike. The village has several shops including beach shops, a take away, several pubs and cafes, plus cliff tops for walking with panoramic seascapes.
