Rocklyn is a semi-detached, stone-built fisherman's cottage located in the seaside village of St. Abbs near to Berwick-upon-Tweed in the Scottish Borders. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and has a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars. Close to a nature reserve and a lovely beach, Rocklyn will provide a memorable holiday no matter what you plan to get up to on your Scottish holiday. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel provided for fire but more can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking at rear for 2 cars.Sorry no smoking, 1 well behaved dog welcome. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles.

St. Abbs is a fishing village with a harbour and fishermen's cottages hugging the hillside, situated on the Berwickshire coastline. The St. Abbs Head Nature Reserve has a rich variety of wildlife and is a paradise for birdwatchers. There is a sandy beach 1 mile away in nearby Coldingham. The town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with shops, a museum and a castle, is nearby.
