Enclosed garden to the rear with terrace and landscaped areas. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Pub 0.7 miles. Shop 1 mile. Please note that due to being in a quiet residential area where noise levels will need to be kept to a normal standard, this property may not be suitable for younger couples. Note: Only 5-7 day bookings starting on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday accepted.

The village of Cheddleton is situated in the Staffordshire Moorlands, near to the market town of Leek, with a handful of shops, pubs serving food and a restaurant. Nearby is Leek, surrounded by moorland countryside. The town has a cobbled market place and many examples of fine Victorian architecture, it offers a selection of shops including vast emporiums, bookshops and galleries.
