It has four bedrooms; two double with en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a shower room, two cloakrooms, a kitchen, utility and living/dining room. To the exterior is off-road parking for 3 cars and a garden with patio and outdoor furniture. Sharmalyn House offers a superb base for touring a lovely area of Cornwall.

Harlyn is a little village, with a large crescent-shaped beach known as Harlyn Bay. It is connected to the South West Coastal Path and part of the 'Seven Bays for Seven Days' area. Constantine Bay just two miles away and Padstow is also close by, situated at the end of the Camel Trail. Local fisherman's boats offer coastal tours and sea fishing trips, while a passenger ferry takes you across the estuary to Rock.
