Merrydown is a detached bungalow nestled in the village of Llanfair, Gwynedd, Wales. Set all on the ground floor, the property hosts three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin, together sleeping six guests. There is a family bathroom and cloakroom to support. Discover an open-plan kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the rear is a lawned garden with a raised seating area and off-road parking for four cars. Merrydown is an excellent choice for a family break to this wonderful part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Air source heat pump central heating and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in garage. Smart TV with Freeview, Wifi, DAB Radio and a small selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with raised seating patio areas and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 1.2 miles. Beach 20 mins walk. Railway station 10 mins walk. Note: Unsecured drop from patio areas to garden at the front of the bungalow. Note: Property only accepts Children from the age of 16+

Llanfair is a village in the Gwynedd area of Wales. Set within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park which has a number of popular sites that must be explored. Also nearby is the stunning coastline where you can enjoy some long walks and cycling opportunities. Right on your doorstep is a delightful sandy beach, perfect for some watersports. Travel further afield for some pubs/restaurants and supermarkets to pick up your amenities.
