Meadowsweet is a detached cottage, situated in the lovely village of Middleton near Saxmundham in Suffolk, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation comprises a cosy sitting room, a dining room which overlooks the lovely garden, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a useful cloakroom. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a large garden with furniture and a barbecue. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Meadowsweet is a perfect base for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This is Friday changeover property which includes Christmas and New Year bookings

Middleton is a lovely village in Suffolk and offers visitors a local village pub and church, whilst also being close to the popular areas of both Saxmundham and Yoxford. These areas are well worth visiting and both are ideal for taking a trip to the Heritage Coast and the Minsmere Reserve (RSPB).
