This lovely cottage is situated in the village of Staveley on the edge of the Lake District National Park and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Reverse-level accommodation. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 1 x ground floor king size double (zip link can be 2' 6" twin on request) 1 x twin. Shower room with wash basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower. Separate basin and WC. First-floor open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Jakanori is a delightful cottage situated in the village of Staveley on the edge of the Lake District and provides a perfect base to explore the National Park. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, one king size double, one double, and one twin. There is a shower room with wash basin and WC and a ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. There is an open plan living area on the first floor with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a shed for storage. Three well behaved dogs are welcome and there is off road parking for one car. Jakanori is the perfect place for a family to enjoy all that the Lake District can offer. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Staveley is situated on the eastern fringes of the Lake District National Park and offers superb access to the whole region. Kentmere Valley is just a short walk away and with the River Kent tumbling its way through the valley to Staveley, it is very popular with mountain bikers and walkers alike. Staveley Mill Yard is a former wood turning mill, which is now a thriving tourist attraction with cycle hire and outdoor shops, artisan bakery, brewery and the renowned Wilf's Cafe. This complements the excellent range of amenities in the village, which include a variety of shops, two village pubs, craft shops, a children's playground, a regular bus service and a railway station.
