Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, selection of family and children's DVDs, arcade machine, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, wood store with honesty box. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available upon request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front decking with sun loungers, rear enclosed garden with lawn and deck with furniture. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Logs, kindling, firelighters can be purchased from the wood store using honesty box.

Eccles-on-Sea is a village on the east Norfolk coast between Happisburgh and Sea Palling. The beach is ideal for walking. Happisburgh is 2 miles away with its lighthouse, and nearby Sea Palling has facilities including a Jet Ski centre. The Norfolk Broads are also close by, whilst Norwich is 18 miles away, offering a cathedral and castle along with shops and restaurants.

"Needing a well earnt break from work etc we booked this place. Yes you do need to beware of the pot holes in the road accessing the house but just drive slowly. You could not be nearer to the beach, literally just over the sand dunes. Loved the wood burner, very cosy. We did have to contact the owner on a very minor issue who responded immediately and was very helpful. Fantastic to see the seals at Horsey Bay. A week of great dog walks on the beach and around the area, many thanks"
