Overview
A bright, spacious annex, attached to the owner's home in Chardstock, Devon, that can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. 1 x twin (zip/link can be super king-size on request) with en-suite bath, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
This lovely little annex is attached to the owner's home, in the pretty village of Chardstock, Devon. It has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite facilities. The first double bedroom has an en-suite shower, while the master bedroom has a super king-size zip/link bed and an en-suite freestanding bath. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture, ample parking and stables available for use by prior arrangement with the owner. A short drive from Axminster, Chard and the Jurassic Coast, it is an excellent holiday home for friends and families exploring Devon.

Oil fired central heating(controlled from main house). Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture(through the summer months). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Stables attached to property available by prior arrangement with owner. This property is semi detached and the neighbouring property may also be occupied

The lovely market town of Axminster has been made famous by the well-known organic shop and canteen in the area, which were introduced by TV presenter Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Nestled in outstanding peaceful countryside, it is certainly a place to relax and unwind. Situated on the River Axe and within easy reach of both the West Dorset and East Devon Jurassic Coast, the town has many attractions, including plenty of privately owned shops, a weekly market and excellent old inns! With beautiful views on offer and the National Trust properties of Shute Barton and Loughwood Meeting House close by, Axminster is a must to visit.
