Honeypot Cottage is an attractive stone-built cottage located on a hillside overlooking the charming village of Brigsteer in the Lake District National Park in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms in one king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a wet room with a walk-in shower, basin on WC. There is a cosy sitting room with a woodburning stove and a country kitchen with AGA and dining table. Outside there is a lawned area and patio, and off road parking for two cars. Honeypot Cottage offers lovely views from the elevated garden of the Lyth Valley and is perfect for a romantic escape or family holiday. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Oil Fire central heating with woodburning stove. AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk up steep hill. Note: The en-suite bathroom has restricted head height, care to be taken. Note: The area on the downhill side of the property and storage area are private, and not to be used by guests.

Brigsteer is a hamlet between the towns of Helsington and Levens and about five miles from Kendal in Cumbria. Brigsteer is located on the edge of the Lyth valley with Scout Scar overlooking the village itself. Village amenities include a village hall and a local pub called The Wheatsheaf Inn.
