Thereis a king-size double with en-suite shower and basin and a further twin room. Three steps lead up to the family bathroom. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. to the outside there is off road parking for one car in a communal parking area, a front patio and rear patio with terraced wooded area and furniture. Upper Farm Barn is an ideal rural retreat for families or friends looking to explore the many delights of Shropshire. A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was "the quietest place under the sun" and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV's (one in living room and one in the en suite bedroom) with DVD player and Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking in communal parking area with property 950759 for 2 car. Front patio area and private terrace to the rear with barbecue and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. BBQ available on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. A welcome hamper is provided with local milk, butter, eggs & bread Note: There are three steps to access the bathroom from the living area an steps in the garden area, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are steps leading up to the property.

"Fantastic cottage, very comfortable and homely. We haven't visited Shropshire before but after the stay at Upper Farm Barn but we would definitely return. Lovely countryside and picturesque towns and villages. The Barn has been very well thought out with everything you need for a fantastic rest and break from normality. Very clean property. Ellie was on hand if required but non intrusive. Our dogs had a great time too. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for us to relax. Good luck for the future and I will definitely recommend."
