Folland House is a detached cottage, one of a group of three, situated near to the small town of North Tawton in Devon. The cottage sleeps eight people and has three double bedrooms, one with a shower, and one with an en-suite), a twin room, and a family bathroom. It also has a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, as well as a games room. Outside is a private garden and shared use of communal grounds and meadows. Gas central heating. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private garden with furniture and BBQ, plus use of communal grounds. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Ponds in the communal grounds, children and pets to be supervised. Note: Note: We are in the process of upgrading the WiFi across Warden Farm however we are in a rural location and have limited options, therefore even after the improvements we may still be below the coverage enjoyed by urban areas.

North Tawton is situated just 8 miles north of historic Okehampton. Nestling between the high, rugged tors of Dartmoor and the wide sandy beaches of the North Devon coast, it boasts thatched cottages and quaint pubs and restaurants.

"This property sits in a cluster of barns and cottages on warden Farm. The estate has recently been purchased by new management, a friendly and welcoming family called the Barwick's. They have been lovingly and carefully upgrading all the properties with new bedding, furniture and kitchen wear. The cottages are all self contained and ours had a very well equipped kitchen, spacious communal areas and comfortable bedrooms. We also had a small amount of outdoor space but there is plenty of communal outdoor areas and the whole estate is dog friendly. Only half an hour from Exeter and 20 minutes from Okehampton, the farm is well located but sits in rural tranquility and is one of the most peaceful places I have been to. Highly recommended for couples and families alike."
